From 25/03/2022, the User Management Service will be available for all Proficloud.io users. This will make it possible to invite colleagues, partners or customers to an organization and grant them full or limited rights to the Smart Services.

Two new packages are now available in the Service Store for the Time Series Data Service. The packages contain 50 metrics and 100 metrics.
The EMMA Service comes up with two functional innovations in February 2022 – the import of historical data (via virtual devices) and the functionality of reports (EnPI) based on e.g. produced units, divided into different time periods.
The Device Management Service comes up with an improvement of the firmware update process – not only on the usability side, but also in terms of security and reliability.
If you want to get an overview of the actions performed on a device, you can now use the Device Management Service to see even more easily and quickly what happened on the device in the past (or in “Liveview”). You can use this information ideally to view the device status or as help for trouble shooting.
