The User Management Service once again comes up with improved features – this time in the area of usability. We have collected feedback and adapted the Smart Service accordingly.
As of July 2023, the Time Series Data Service has a new welcome page. We have simplified the entry point into the world of data visualization on Proficloud.io.
The developers of the EMMA Service improve the Smart Service so that now a variety of different media can be displayed and processed. Water, gas, thermal energy, steam are only a few of the new media you are able to visualize in the EMMA Service.
The Poland is available in the Service Store of Proficloud.io, so customers from the Poland can use our regular Smart Services booking process.

On 04/13/2023, between approximately 15:00 and 18:30, Proficloud.io experienced outages. The platform was temporarily unavailable.
